John Picinic | President & CEO
John brings 20 years experience of Intermodal Maintenance Operations to his role as President & CEO of P&B Intermodal Services. As CEO, John is responsible for the organization’s vision, corporate strategy and execution, as well as business development and overall success of the organization. John holds a BS in Management from Providence College.
Dina Picinic | CAO
Dina started her career in the business working for her father, P&B Founder, John Picinic, while completing a rigorous Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Chemical Engineering at Columbia University. She spent the following 12 years in the pharmaceutical regulatory industry working very closely with the FDA & EPA on regulatory compliance. She returned to P&B in 2005 and currently oversees the organization’s relevance, effectiveness and viability, relationship management & full employee potential growth.
Dale Bartley | COO
By leveraging his 20 years of experience in equipment maintenance, operations management, and logistics, Dale successfully grew a maintenance organization from 40 pieces of heavy equipment under contract to more than 400 pieces of heavy equipment under contract. His focus comes from a desire to deliver premier service. Dale’s academic credentials include a BS in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Texas.
Matt Curran | CFO
Matt joined P&B Intermodal with 15 years of experience as a strategic finance leader with demonstrated success in dynamic, acquisition-driven environments. His passion for developing business and financial strategies that drive organizations to sustainable growth has evolved from his time at Fortune 1,000 organizations to his experience in venture- backed and private equity-funded companies. Educated at Providence College (B.S. & M.B.A.), and Bentley University (M.S. Accounting), he spends his free time with his family and focused on his non-profit organization, The 33 Foundation.
Joanne Picinic | Accounts Manager
Joanne has worked in the intermodal business for over 25 years. She worked closely with her father, the cofounder of P&B Intermodal from 1985 to 1994, before moving to other endeavors. In 2007 she returned to P&B as an account manager and continues to leverage her many years of expertise in the business to help the company navigate a new period of growth. Joanne’s exemplary organizational skills are the key to her management of account relations and billing.
Rich Weisman | Vice President of Finance
Rich joined PBI in 2015 as Vice President of Finance and oversees HR, Cash Management and Financial Reporting. He brings over 25 years experience as a CFO and top finance executive of several Family and VC owned companies, including extensive experience with Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Distribution. Rich has built HR and Accounting departments from the ground up as well as led teams on several Mergers and Acquisitions. He received his BS in Accounting from St. Peter’s College and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
Joey Frederick | Vice President of Business Development
Joey Frederick joined the P&B Intermodal Senior Leadership team in 2016. Joey brings to his role as Vice President of Business Development over 20 years of industry knowledge and experience as well as an exceptional reputation. Prior to joining P&B Intermodal, Joey successfully grew the intermodal M&R business started by his father in 1979 into a national presence. Joey is active as an industry insider serving the intermodal maintenance industry as Vice Chairman of the M&R Committee for IANA, as a member of TMC, and as member of TIA. Joey attended Texas A&M University and majored in Business Management.
Mike Tringale | East CCT Repair Operations
Mike has cultivated a 30-year career in transportation, including 27 years of service in the US Navy Reserves, reaching the rank of Full Commander. As a forward-thinking operations leader, he brings to P&B expertise in maintenance and repair production, quality control, project management, process improvement, regional governance, change management and organization leadership. He earned a BS in Marine Transportation from Mass Maritime and a Masters of Administration from Boston University.
Kent Robins | West CCT Repair Operations
Kent brings his down-to-earth style of leadership and perception to P&B Intermodal, nurtured as a kid working on cattle ranches and fully developed as an Army Officer. He led convoys throughout Iraq, and later was in charge of deploying all Army assets out of Europe by air. Kent graduated with a BA in History from Gonzaga University where he also earned his Commission. Kent joined the P&B team in March of 2014.
Jay Bradley | East Power Equipment Operations
Jay is a former Army Infantry Combat Veteran and graduate of The University of West Georgia where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. His experience includes being a Flatbed Regional Manager for a Fortune 500 3PL. With a laser-like focus, a relentless work ethic, and a results driven attitude, he is truly driving to keep our customers rolling. Jay joined the P&B team in August of 2014.
Jeb Outtrim | West Power Equipment Operations
Jeb is former Marine Corps Officer and Assault Support Helicopter pilot with nearly two decades of operational excellence, maintenance, strategic planning and safety to his credit. His leadership and customer centric focus brings an operational and maintenance synergy that continuously delivers outstanding results for our customers. Jeb has a Masters Degree in Global Operations and Finance from USC’s Marshall School of Business; this coupled with his drive, passion, leadership, and experience are driving the mission of P&B Intermodal to bring positive results and innovation to our customers and the Intermodal Industry.
